Mostly though, I'm a thinking individual, and I have thought myself pretty far through, and know more about myself and my intentions, than the passerby through these pages will likely ever know, or really, can. This is my journal. This is not a newspaper, or a book, or a magazine, or a blog, or a website. Its purpose is singular within the meaning of journal. A journal, now defined as none of the foregoing things, then, ought be kept in as honest and straightforward a way as possible, all objectionable things aside. This is my journal, which I have elected to keep in as public way as I may. In my journal, I record my thoughts, my dreams, my happinesses, my sadnesses, my opinions, my feelings, as well as, sometimes, records of daily happenings. Nearly any other person out there, who is not already known by visible, verifiable fact to be otherwise, can make the simple statements, "I break no laws, I endeavor to break no laws, I encourage no one else to break any laws, I do not exist to cause harm to minors or anyone else," and their word is accepted. I hereby now make those same statements, again. My definition, for me, of who I am, insofar as attachment of the pedophile word, the pedosexual word, the girllover word. If, however, you think that's gonna be too many words, then, here's a simple Venn diagram - I call it KISS. For the moment, though, because it is both prudent and true, I will add, here, that yes, contrary to what you might already think, I enjoy, desire and love, adult women at least as much as the next human male, if not more - and, surprisingly enough, at least as much as I do girls under 18 years of age. The former, however, I may and can interact with, in any way we choose and please (much as some persons just can't hack that fact), the latter, only so far as sensibility, morality, and the law allows. There is no grey area, there, so do not stretch it for your own imagination and benefit. Last, this: I am sorry, as any compassionate human being would be, for any misfortunes or tragedies you may have suffered, including, but not limited to any sexual abuse you may have suffered as a child. However, I did not cause that to happen to you. I did not commit that horrific crime. I am not responsible. I did not exist as your abuser, then, and I do not now. I don't condone it now, or minimize it now, and I wouldn't have, then. But nothing will change the fact that it may have happened. Equally factual is that I had nothing to do with it. You may blame anyone or anything you like, but I won't sanction you blaming me for the actions of anyone but me. That last sentence means, that if, as an adult, you think something in my journal may hurt, then it is YOUR prerogative and responsibility not to read it.
